The unit is unfurnished and will be clean and move-in ready. We’ll continue to operate a short-term rental on the other side (1612) to have a home base for our visits, family gatherings, and work. The backyard will be the only shared space. It’s a quiet, respectful setup that’s worked beautifully for years.

We've hired our friends (and tenants) Jake and Rachel as our local property managers. They’re reliable, friendly, and just genuinely great people. They'll be your point of contact for any maintenance, repairs, or lawn care — and they live just 7 minutes away.

We also own another duplex near Lafitte’s Greenway, where Jake and Rachel live and manage two long-term rentals, so they’re seasoned and super responsive.
