Local Property Managers You’ll Love: We've hired our friends (and tenants) Jake and Rachel as our local property managers. They’re reliable, friendly, and just genuinely great people. They'll be your point of contact for any maintenance, repairs, or lawn care — and they live just 7 minutes away.
We also own another duplex near Lafitte’s Greenway, where Jake and Rachel live and manage two long-term rentals, so they’re seasoned and super responsive.
