Welcome to our private, cozy garden apartment, conveniently located near Tulane University and 4 miles to the French Quarter. You'll be close to Audubon Park, the streetcar, and Freret Street. You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally... located in New Orleans. Off street parking included!

We're 1 mile from Tulane, between Claiborne and Fontainbleu on a quiet street. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with a generous living room with an extra bed. Pets are allowed with an extra security deposit. Available June - August.

We are Superhosts on Airbnb with a 3.89 rating! This summer, we're opening up to short-term rentals instead of Airbnb.
