Wanting to contribute to its recovery, he became a licensed Realtor®, dedicated to helping residents rebuild their lives and communities. Nineteen years later, Josh remains as energized as the day he received his license, having learned that his role is about so much more than facilitating property transactions. His work turns clients’ goals into realities while contributing to the revitalization of New Orleans’ historic neighborhoods. Josh is widely recognized as a neighborhood expert in New Orleans and is often quoted in Homes.com’s Neighborhood Guide, where his insight into the city’s diverse communities and lifestyle is frequently featured. Beyond his professional achievements, his career has blossomed into a community that enriches every aspect of his life. In April 2020, he further deepened his commitment to the city by joining the board of Rebuilding Together New Orleans (RTNO) as their secretary.
