This quaint and quiet cottage is located at the end our driveway and stands separate and apart from our home. As such, out of respect for our Sycamore St. neighbors, and in keeping with the spirit of the our amazing neighborhood, ideal would be to have a mature and respectful tenant who can be happy in this space during their time in New Orleans.
