This is a beautiful 150 year old Victorian double. I live on site. Single story but, as it is a raised house, there are three stairs that lead to a private front porch. The house is approximately 900 square feet, so large rooms. It is beautifully... furnished, has all the comforts of home in a very centrally located part of New Orleans, close to restaurants and shops. The bedroom has a queen bed, large walk-in closet, with a chest of drawers. There is a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen. The property is gated, remote operated for the driveway and a coded lock on the pedestrian gate. Variance in rent is whether tenant chooses to pay all utilities themselves or rent it with utilities included.
