Ideal for Med Students

One bedroom/bath with a living room apartment, in an owner-occupied building on the second floor. Great location. The unit has been rented by 4 different med students over the last 12 years. While the rent is month to month, I would ideally like... to find someone looking for long-term...but I also understand life can happen, and we both need flexibility. Each of the med students have stayed over 2 years.

Water and trash are included, as well as Wi-Fi in the building. You would be responsible for gas and electricity.
