Live on the Street Car line

House on Carrollton Ave with a great front porch that used to be an AirBnB. Very clean and well kept and comes with Internet and Water paid. It is a shotgun double design. Washer and Dryer are in the back courtyard that is accessible to tenants. ... No driveway but there is always parking by the house. You can walk to campus, to stores, to restuarants, etc...no need for a car in this neighborhood. Streetcar passes infront of house and several major bus lines are blocks away. Apartment is furnished but can be emptied if requested.
