**SHORT-TERM NOV-DEC LEASE**

Hey everyone! My friends and I are looking to sublet to ONE WOMAN for a 2-month lease from NOV 1st - JAN 1st (could also start Mid-October) at our house, two blocks from Tulane University in the Garden District area....

The shared house is located at 5830 S Robertson St on the top floor and is a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. Parking is available in the rear. The house includes a washer/dryer, heat/ac, stove, oven, and refrigerator. It also comes mostly furnished, but feel free to make the space your own. Rent is $825/month plus $65/month utilities, which is a very good price considering it's in a great location.
